Consortium for Change

A Curated Network of Independent Coaches, Consultants, and Transformational Change Experts

About the Consortium

The Consortium for Change (C4C) is a community network of 60–80 independent coaches, consultants, and transformational change experts co-founded in 2018 by Ian Ziskin and Lacey Leone McLaughlin. Members represent diverse experiences, geographies, industries, leadership lenses, and areas of functional expertise — united by a shared commitment to helping organizations navigate complex change.

C4C operates on what its founders call The Spirit of Abundance: the belief that sharing business opportunities, competitive intelligence, learning, and best practices allows members to collaborate on behalf of clients rather than compete among themselves. This philosophy creates a network effect that benefits every client engagement — access to deep, specialized expertise across a wide range of leadership and organizational challenges.

What C4C Delivers

The Consortium partners with clients across a broad spectrum of leadership and organizational needs: executive coaching engagements, leadership development programs, talent solutions consulting, business and culture transformations, innovation and strategy alignment, and organizational change management. The network's breadth means that regardless of the challenge — whether it involves individual leader development, team effectiveness, succession planning, or enterprise-wide transformation — there is deep, proven expertise available.

This is not a referral network or a loose affiliation. C4C members actively collaborate, share methodologies, and co-deliver on client engagements when the situation calls for it. The result is a level of capability and reach that goes far beyond what any single practitioner can offer.

What This Means for You
